Challenge
The organization’s compliance workflow previously depended on more than 40 manually managed Excel files. The complexity and human input required led to costly errors, prompting our team to develop a web app that streamlines operations, minimizes mistakes, and uncovers revenue opportunities.
Process
As a product team, we defined feature scopes with compliance experts, ensuring they met regulatory requirements and were technically feasible. I validated workflows with interactive prototypes, led user testing sessions, and refined designs based on feedback.
Solution
The final solution is a product that aggregates data from multiple sources, executes required calculations, and autonomously generates finalized submission and audit files.
